Lilith Acadia studies the discursive role and epistemic power of naturalized concepts such as ‘religion’ and ‘the human’ in literary and social texts, and holds a PhD from the Rhetoric Department at the University of California, Berkeley. After graduating from Smith College with majors in Philosophy and German, Lilith held a Research Fulbright in Germany and earned an MSt in Women’s Studies from the University of Oxford.
